I am very pleased to have an opportunity to introduce our company.

Nexans Korea (former Daesung Cable), established in 1960, continuously develops and grows in size and in quality as well.
Our major products include energy cables, communication cables, copper & optical fiber, and automotive wires and supplying of these products are contributing to the public networks and infrastructure in Korea.


Our target is not limited for domestic market but also overseas market and it is a motive of growth of Nexans Korea without doubt. We also invest to the overseas joint venture factories in Vietnam, China, Tanzania and U.S.A to expand our market to the world wide.

We are also very proud of our research and development for the new material and advanced technology. One of fruitful results from R&D is high temperature superconductivity and ready for mass production already.

2001 is another meaningful year for Nexans Korea. Nexans (former Alcatel Cable), the world leader of cable industry invested its capital to Nexans Korea and we became a member of Nexans family in March.
I am convinced that Nexans Korea keeps growing and developing through the advantages from Nexans i.e. complete solutions, world wide presence, leading edge technologies and customized solutions and professional management.
